If you prefer a fixed emplacement, the inner channel allows a piece of weather strip (included) to be adhered which will effectively prevent them from being adjustable in position..

Made on demand, the Mid-way variant is a little more compact than the standard step, but just as sturdy. Specifically designed to fit that middle gap on the bar, but just as useful everywhere else.
